Last night was PERFECT 🤩

I had SO much fun on this adventure engagement session at Long Hunter State Park with Amber + Phil. These two have been together for over 5 years + got engaged about 3 weeks ago. Their story is so special so I have to share it with you guys…

courtney was living in Big Island, Hawaii at the time when she dropped off a friend at a birthday party. The people who were hosting the party invited her to stay + at that time Phil was staying with them while vacationing from Austin, TX - ironically hometown of Amber too! They hit it off at the party, started going on some dates, and formed such a deep connection that a few weeks later at the airport Phil skipped his flight + stayed in Hawaii to see where things could go between them. OKAY?! 🥹 Like the most romantic thing ever AND he didn’t even have a place to stay, for about 3-4 weeks in borrowed her TENT - talk about love at first sight 🏕✨

SO the two of them then traveled, hiked, camped + explored all through the Big Island until they decided to move to Nash for Amber to pursue her music career. These photos were inspired by her beautiful love song called “Easy With You”. I think it’s safe to say after looking at these photos, that’s the kind of love these two share - easy, natural, + effortless. The kind of love that makes you feel safe, makes you feel comfyyy, and gives you the feeling of home. I loved watching them interact together. The way she makes him grin from ear to ear + how she chuckles at everything he says + does - these two are a perfect pair. So thankful to have met both of these amazing humans + document such a unique love story 💫
